Chocolate Aroma
"Maria Ilieva flew in as from a moon dream, so young, so talented, modern and exotic. Just by the standards around the world, she first launched two singles and sensational videos /Moon Dream and Nothing/, made a duet with a famous front-man /Lyubomir Kirov from "TE"/ and, only afterwards, launched her debut album Moon Dream, which shows the significance of both the personal features of the artist, and also those of the collaborating team. In this case, these are Maga /compositions, arrangement, back vocals /, "าล" /Lyubo Kirov, vocals, and Ivaylo Zvezdomirov, bass guitar /, "KariZma", Vesselin Vesselinov -Eko/bass guitar/, the former "biscuit" Sasho Todorov, the guitarists Ivaylo Styadinov and Yavor Stoyanov, Kalina Petrova /executive producer/. DJ Valentine&Mishel ่ DJ Kikk /Faicheto from the former Tibetan Hearts/, who make it up for the DJ brotherhood.
The CD contains 11 tracks, two of them a remix and a reedit. All songs are in Bulgarian. The style is house, with most of its poetic lines of drum-and-bass, tech-house, acid jazz. The rhythms of modern r&b also have their say, but rather as a background, a reverberating club sound. The duet of Maria Ilieva and Lyubo Kirov Pa-ra-ra is a vigorous funk, bearing the freshness of Brazil-house. Another good strike is Chocolate, composed by Eko, lyrics by Svetoslav Bilyarski. Chocolate aroma in the singer's voice also caresses the ear. She, herself, is not only a performer. She has composed or co-composed the songs A Chaos of Dreams, I Ain't Looking, Something More.
